I Johannas Hälsoliv app specialiserar Johanna i att skapa individuella måltidsplaner baserat på dina preferenser, mål och erfarenheter. Du får tillgång till många olika recept med stor variation men det är också viktigt att skapa en träningsplan som passar dina behov, din erfarenhet och skadehistorik.
I appen finner du också en personlig tracker. Som klient hon Johanna har ni en daglig kontakt för att följa alla dina resultat, motivation och andra mätningar som påverkar din utveckling. Du kommer att kunna kontakta Johanna när som helst med vilka frågor som helst.
