J&L Pro is the counter app for pet shops, dog groomers and clinics. It lives on the iPad at the till and does four things, well:
• New member. The customer scans the counter QR, downloads Jack & Luna and joins your shop in ten seconds. You print a tag with their dog's QR, for free. • Bookings. Your members book baths, grooming and consultations from their phone. You see the day's diary and mark done, no-show or cancel. • Member offers. A standing discount for members and last-minute offers to fill today's gaps, with a 4-digit code to redeem at the till. • Purchases and stamps. Log each purchase in two taps; every bath or grooming adds a stamp and the tenth is free. J&L reminds your members when their food is running out or a bath is due.
Counter Mode: an always-on screen with your shop logo, the QR and today's offer, designed to draw customers in.
Built so anyone at the counter can use it with no training: one thing per screen, big type, no menus.
For veterinary clinics, hotels and daycares, J&L Pro also includes a clinical record and custody with owner permissions.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
