Jelou - practica tu ingles

You understand English. You read it and hear it in TV series. But when it comes time to speak, you get tongue-tied.

It’s not a lack of grammar knowledge; it’s a lack of speaking practice.

That’s where Jelou comes in: an English tutor you speak with out loud, over the phone, every day. You press and hold the microphone, say whatever you can, and let go. Your tutor responds with her voice within seconds.

WHAT A CLASS IS LIKE

It lasts about 6 minutes. There are no lists to memorize or exercises to repeat—it’s a conversation.

When you say something a native speaker would phrase differently, your tutor doesn't interrupt you. She gives you back the improved version of your sentence—"I didn't understand" instead of "I no understand"—and asks you to say it. That phrase is now yours. You won't be asked about it again.

If you don't understand a word, just tap the speech bubble to read it in Spanish.

YOUR PLAN, NOT JUST A COURSE

Before your first class, we ask why you want to learn English, your timeline, and your current comfort level with the language. We use this to build your plan: job interviews, travel, meetings, salary negotiations, or grammar tailored to your level.

After that, there are no more choices to make. Each day, your tutor prepares the lesson—selecting it based on what you struggled with in the previous session.

A TUTOR WHO REMEMBERS YOU

Your level, the mistakes you repeat, the topics you’ve covered, and what you said in the last class—nothing starts from scratch.

After every class, you receive a report: your estimated level (A1 to C2), what you got right, your corrections one by one, new vocabulary in English and Spanish, and the focus for the next session. It’s all saved—you can open it again whenever you like. IF YOU’RE JUST STARTING OUT

Mention it during onboarding, and your tutor will begin by speaking Spanish, gradually introducing English. As you progress, the English increases and the Spanish fades away.

Speaking broken English in front of others can be embarrassing—but not with your tutor. Make all the mistakes you need to: no one else is listening, and she never gets tired, never judges you, and never watches the clock.

PLUS

• Open conversation: you pick the topic, or let her choose
• Real-life role-plays: job interviews, the airport, meetings, client interactions
• Available at 6 a.m. or midnight—no scheduling or waiting in line
• Track your streak, minutes, and classes day by day
• A daily reminder at the time of your choice

You’ve spent years studying English. This is the missing piece.
