Description
Most people roll the same way every night, then wonder why they've stalled.
JitsAI gives your jiu-jitsu a system: one focus for the week, a coach that remembers every round you've logged, and proof you're getting better that you can actually point at.
ONE FOCUS A WEEK Escape mount. Sweep from closed guard. Pass with the knee cut. You get one job for the week so you walk into every class knowing exactly what you're hunting, instead of rolling on autopilot.
LEARN IT FROM A WORLD CHAMPION Every focus pins lessons from IBJJF No-Gi World Champion Henrique Rezende, head coach of Alliance Jiu Jitsu London taught in the order the skill actually builds, not a feed to drown in. One video before class is enough. Extra videos by world champions included in the app.
TALK YOUR ROUNDS. THE COACH DOES THE REST. 30 seconds of voice on the way home. The coach debriefs the session: what landed, what slipped, exactly what to drill next. It knows your guard-passing rate, your sweep numbers, and which partners give you trouble - because it was there for all of it.
PROVE IT, DON'T JUST COUNT IT Every skill has a nine-level ladder, from lighter lower belts up to heavier higher belts. Land a move once and it's marked. Land it three times across two different sessions and the level goes solid - proven. No points for showing up. Progress you can defend. Progress you see between stripes and belts.
YOUR SAVES COME BACK WHEN YOU NEED THEM Found a technique video on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube? Share it straight to JitsAI. It gets filed by technique and position and resurfaces the week you're actually training that move. No more bookmark graveyard.
EVERY PARTNER GETS A SCOREBOARD Submissions, sweeps, passes, dominant positions tracked per training partner. Watch the rivalries develop. See which belts give you problems. Log competitions and put the medals on your wall.
ALSO IN THE KIT • Weekly review every Sunday, your rounds, your rates, where the ladder moved • 60 second story lessons on the method, the history and the mindset • Class log - what you drilled and how it felt • Whoop sync, weekly schedule, gym program
