Jotform SMS Forwarder

Forward selected messages to a verified email address with Jotform Message Forwarder.

On iOS, automatic forwarding requires a personal Message automation that you create in Apple's Shortcuts app. Message Forwarder cannot read your Messages inbox. Follow the in-app setup guide, choose a narrow message trigger and pass Shortcut Input to the Forward Message action. You can also paste text for a manual forward.

- Choose sender and keyword rules, including any/all matching.
- Preview which rules match before forwarding.
- Check forwarded, pending and failed items in History.
- Review saved messages and retry queued forwards.
- Pause forwarding, manage local retention and sign out in Settings.
- See forwarding status in an optional Home Screen widget.

Sign in or create a Jotform account, then choose your verified account email or verify another destination email before forwarding. Forwarded messages are stored as submissions in a dedicated form in your Jotform account and sent through its email notification service. Verification-code forwarding is off by default.

Automatic input depends on your Shortcuts automation and messages reaching this device. Delivery and background retries depend on connectivity and iOS scheduling; immediate delivery is not guaranteed. Clearing local history or signing out does not delete server-stored form submissions or recall delivered email. Only forward messages you have permission to share.

Optional experience analytics: On iOS, UXCam starts only after you allow the system tracking permission. It collects navigation, gestures, device details, approximate location and diagnostics to improve usability. Account and message screens and text inputs are hidden in session replays. You can change the permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. This does not affect forwarding.
