The JourneyHero app was specifically designed to protect your personal data and privacy. JourneyHero never stores your data on the Cloud, with all private data stored only on your device. JourneyHero does not own any of your data and would never sell your data to any third-party. And because JourneyHero never transfers credit cards from personal phones, you can pay using secure methods like Apple Pay, PayPal, and Visa Credit. What happens on your phone, stays on your phone.

Finding the lowest price for flights, hotels and car rentals can be a game of chance with prices changing all the time. We continue searching for new itineraries of the same or better quality as your original search. If you choose to switch to new suppliers, the money will be refunded directly to your wallet. Interact with Isabella via the “Ask Isabella” mode on the app’s main menu, where she answers prompts like: “how do I change my passport number?” or “I want to pay for my trip.” Isabella will even recommend actions to maximize your next travel experience.
You can book assured that your payment details are safe from hackers and can use our electronic vouchers, Traveons, just like any form of payment.
We are happy to say that we are fully ATOL covered (Air Travel Organiser’s License) for packages purchased from JourneyHero.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
