Joyful Career Design

Feeling lost after a layoff, a caregiving season or a life change? Joyful Career Design helps midlife and older women design work that fits the life they actually have — starting with who you are, not with a job board.

DISCOVER WHAT FITS YOU
• The Compass: a thirty-question interest inventory that gives you your three-letter work code
• The Readiness check: twelve statements that show the strengths you bring to a change
• Your life, counted in: the hours you can give, when your energy is best, who you look after and whether you need to work from home
• Work shapes ranked for you, with a plain breakdown of why each one fits

WALK YOUR PATH
• Twenty-four practical steps across five stages: settle, discover, focus, try and step out
• Small experiments: try a kind of work for a few days, log how it felt, and let the verdict move your compass
• An opportunity board for the leads you find yourself, with next actions and a nudge when a lead goes quiet

TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF ALONG THE WAY
• A guided journal with a joy rating for each entry
• A quick pressure and energy check-in
• Gentle daily reminders, only if you turn them on

FREE, AND ONE PAYMENT FOR THE REST
Everything above works for free, with no account needed. A single one-time purchase unlocks the full design kit: every work shape ranked, the full fit breakdown, side-by-side compare, your whole history, the joy-and-pressure pattern, a weekly design review, your strengths story, unlimited leads and experiments, and export. It is not a subscription: nothing renews.

Your answers stay yours. An optional account backs up and syncs your work, and you can delete it and everything in it from inside the app.

Joyful Career Design is a planning and reflection tool. It does not give financial, legal, medical or employment advice, and nothing in it is a guarantee of work or income.
