Founded in early 2018 in Tallahassee, Florida by an experienced service technician and former Pop-A-Lock employee, Just Jump USA®—often referred to as “Just Jump” or “Jump Start”—has rapidly expanded, servicing multiple cities across the nation, and providing comprehensive mobile automotive help to customers for over six years. As America's undisputed leaders in car battery jump start services, we take pride in our service and the unforgettable experiences we give our customers. Our app charges a simple service fee of $25 for most services we offer, plus a small booking fee ranging from $10 to $15 in most cities we serve. That’s it! Simple. Quick. Perfect!

The Just Jump USA mobile app is a fast—free app that connects you directly with skilled service technicians in your area without any memberships or sign-ups. We offer a range of services, including jump starts, at-home battery replacements, car unlock services, home unlocks, flat tire assistance, and more. With our easy-to-use app, you can check technicians' schedules, view their estimated arrival times and average feedback ratings, and book a service for arrivals in as little as 30 minutes or schedule appointments for later dates if it's not an emergency.

WHO’S ON THE APP?

We host a diverse range of service technicians in our marketplace, including professional mechanics, automotive engineering graduates, retired locksmiths, full-time quick-lube shop employees, and even some business owners who own their own brick and mortar automotive centers. Our technicians typically have at minimum one year of professional experience or relevant education in the automotive industry.
