KŌLOGY

KOLOGY is the day-to-day operations app for transport companies and their drivers.
It talks to the office system, so what is recorded on the road never has to be typed
in again later.

FOR THE DRIVER
• Today: the vehicle you are holding, the fuel card, today's shift and how many
deliveries are left — on one screen.
• Deliveries: tap the stop and mark Arrived, Delivered, Failed or Skipped on the spot.
For cash-on-delivery and freight-collect stops the app requires confirming the
collection before completing. The proof photo is checked and discarded — nothing is
stored.
• Daily report: the 11 steps, from the pre-departure inspection to the day's results,
open in the device browser, already signed in.
• Vehicle: take out and return, log oil, tyre, brake and battery changes, and request
repairs with photos.
• Fuel card: take and return (one card per driver).
• Shift: the month and the days ahead, with base and course.
• Payments: review your payment statement and approve it — or reject it with a reason.

FOR THE COMPANY
• Overview: active drivers, fleet, wallet balance and open invoice, plus what needs
attention (expiring documents, incomplete driver records); the full Alerts list
opens in the device browser.
• Drivers: list, status and the features enabled for each one.
• Fleet: company vehicles, assigning a vehicle to a driver (you can reassign it from
the app), inspection and insurance expiry.
• Wallet and billing: what came in, what is held and what was paid out.
• Team: the company's sign-in accounts.
• Issue reports: describe the problem and the assistant opens the ticket with the
Komori team.

LANGUAGES
Portuguese, Japanese and English — the app follows your device language.

A KOLOGY account is issued by the transport company that contracted the service;
