K9 Tracks - Dog Scent Tracking

K9 Tracks is a GPS scent-tracking app for sport and working dogs – from IGP and working-trial tracking to mantrailing, SAR training and blood tracking. It helps you lay better tracks, work them with confidence, and debrief every run with real data instead of guesswork.

Lay tracks with precision

• Record exactly where you walk while laying a track
• See live wind speed and direction to plan scent flow
• Track distance and timing as you lay the line
• Stack several tracks on one map when you’re running multiple dogs or scenarios

Work the track, stay focused on the dog

• Select the dog you’re working and get a clean, separate log for each one
• See your breadcrumb trail and the laid track on the map (no need to look while working—keep the phone in your pocket and review afterwards)
• Train solo or add teammates as friends to see each other’s live position and avoid crossing tracks during group sessions

Review every run and build progress over time

• Compare the dog’s exact path against your laid track to spot overshoots, corrections and scent-handling patterns
• Log terrain, weather, difficulty, energy level and learning points—your full training diary in one place
• See automatic weather summaries for each track: temperature, wind and conditions
• Import GPX or tracks from other apps to keep your history complete across tools

Built for clubs & teams

• Switch quickly between multiple dogs
• Share tracks easily so others can run the same scent line
• Use the web app to review tracks on a large screen after group training

Use K9 Tracks as your everyday tracking partner—plan smarter tracks, train with purpose, and debrief like a team.
