Kadence is a visual timer for people who experience time blindness, lose track of time, or find it hard to estimate how long everyday tasks take. Build a clearer picture of your own pace, one task at a time.
SEE TIME, NOT JUST NUMBERS
A clear timer ring makes elapsed time visible. Compare an attempt with your own average or personal best, and watch your current time fill the ring as you approach that reference. Going over is information, not failure.
LEARN HOW LONG YOUR TASKS TAKE
Create everyday tasks and save completed times with optional notes. Your history and personal averages help you plan around your actual experience, not a guess.
BUILD A GENTLE ROUTINE
Schedule tasks daily, weekly or monthly, and choose optional reminders. A Home Screen widget and Live Activity keep your current timer close. Celebrate showing up with 50 individual achievement medals.
TAKE YOUR TIME OFFLINE
Timing and local saving work without internet. After an initial task sync with iPhone, start, pause and finish attempts on Apple Watch without your phone nearby. Saved Watch times wait on the Watch and sync when the paired devices reconnect. Timers on the two devices are independent.
YOUR TASKS STAY YOURS
Task names, notes and saved durations are not included in optional analytics. Category-only sharing is off by default and never unlocks features. Export and restore a backup whenever you choose. Voluntary problem reports send only what you type and the technical version numbers you choose to include.
ONE PURCHASE, NO ADS
One app purchase includes all Kadence features, including the Watch companion. No ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Kadence is a general-purpose time-awareness tool, not a medical device or treatment. Reminders depend on system permission and delivery settings. Some month-end and future-start schedules need periodic renewal, shown in Reminder health. Keep a backup, and let pending Watch attempts sync before uninstalling or erasing a device.
