Hi, I'm Richard Amare. By day, I juggle finishing high school (Class of '25!) with my role as a software developer, creating newsroom solutions used worldwide. I also have the privilege of guiding fellow students in tech and self-improvement as an Azure IT Pro AG Lead within Microsoft's Student Trainee Center program.

But like many, I found myself constantly doing, struggling to find balance or stick to personal goals – even relaxing felt like a task! I realized the structured approach I use professionally and teach others could help me personally. That's why I built Kairo: born from my own need to find the right moment (Kairos) to act on intentions, organize life, and build habits (including learning to pause!). It’s a tool crafted with technical expertise and a genuine understanding of the quest for better routines.
