Description

Aplikacja Kalkulator Hematologa jest pomocnym narzędziem w codziennej praktyce lekarskiej w opiece nad pacjentem z rozrostową chorobą nowotworową. Narzędzie pozwoli ocenić klirens kreatyniny, czyli najłatwiej uzyskiwany parametr szacujący filtrację kłębuszkową (GFR). Umożliwi klasyfikację szpiczaka plazmocytowego wg. Międzynarodowego Systemu Stopniowania (ISS - International Staging System). Pomoże ocenić czynniki prognostyczne dla przebiegu klinicznego chłoniaka według Międzynarodowego Indeksu Prognostycznego (IPI, International Prognostic Index), a w przypadku chłoniaka grudkowego według FLIPI (Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index). Ocena ryzyka neutropenii dokonywana jest na podstawie zaleceń Grupy Roboczej EORTC ds. wytycznych stosowania G-CSF. Kolejnym przydatnym narzędziem przy ocenie rokowanie chorych na przewlekłą białaczkę szpikową są 3 skale prognostyczne: Sokala, Hasforda i EUTOS. Międzynarodowy system prognostyczny IPSS dla zespołów mielodysplastycznych wyliczy czas przeżycia chorych i ryzyko transformacji w AML.
Metodologia tej autorskiej aplikacji zgodna jest z wytycznymi Polskiego i Europejskiego Towarzystwa Hematologów.
