Keelson helps men train the pelvic floor with short guided sessions, a few minutes a day. You'll work on strengthening, and on releasing too, which most apps skip.
Kegels aren't the answer for everyone. If your pelvic floor is already tight or overactive, squeezing harder can make things worse, and what you need first is to learn to let go. Keelson starts with a short questionnaire and puts you on the right program. If your answers point to tension, it won't push you into strengthening.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Guided sessions. Audio and haptic cues tell you when to squeeze, hold, release and rest, and a breathing halo on screen keeps the rhythm. Discreet mode switches to vibration only, so you can train at your desk or on the train.
A program that moves with you. Each week builds on the last, and you only move forward by actually doing the sessions.
Your progress, in numbers. Hold times, session history, how regular you've been.
A report for your physio. Export a PDF with your adherence, the pain you reported and how your holds have improved, and bring it to your next appointment with your physiotherapist, urologist or GP.
Lessons worth reading. How to find the right muscle, the mistakes almost everyone makes, the "knack" to stop leaks when you cough or lift, and how to check you're doing it right. Plain language, no miracle promises.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings.
PRIVACY
No account, no login. Your sessions, your answers and your health data stay on your iPhone. We only receive anonymous usage statistics (which screens are opened, for example), never anything about your health. You choose if and when to share your report.
