Cette application vous permet de recevoir et de traiter les commandes de marchandises à transporter selon la Certification Keep N Eye. Elle classe la marchandise en fonction de son statut : à traiter, embarqué, en transit ou livré. Les documents tel que le bon de commande, le bon d’inspection se complète, au besoin, au fur et à mesure que vous entrez les informations. Ces dernières sont transmises automatiquement à votre répartiteur. Plus aucun papier à manipuler ni oublié! C’est facile et instinctif à utiliser.
La Certification :
1- Vérification du numéro d’identification du véhicule par Scan ou manuellement
2- Prise de 7 photos de l’état général du véhicule (4 côtés, pare-brise, toit, odomètre)
3- Faire un bon d’inspection électronique appuyé de photo
4- Changement du statut du véhicule (Cueilli, en Transit, Livré)
5- Signature électronique du bon d’inspection à la cueillette et à la livraison
6- Géo localisation de l’opération
