MOVE YOUR WAY
Use dedicated views for steps, running and cycling. Manually log swimming, gym sessions, ball sports and other activities with cards. Create custom cards and choose the units that fit what you want to record.
SEE YOUR STEPS ADD UP
View steps, distance and estimated calories, set a step goal and look back at your walking history. Step counting uses your iPhone's Motion & Fitness permission.
GIVE YOUR RUNS AND RIDES A STORY
Record outdoor runs, indoor runs and bike rides. Review time, distance and the pace or speed data available for each activity. Outdoor sessions can include a route, with splits and activity summaries to explore afterward.
