Kegels - Traditional & Reverse

A few quiet minutes, every day.

Kegels is a guided pelvic floor trainer that fits around feeds, naps and everything else. One screen, one instruction at a time, and a session that takes about two minutes. You set the pace.

TWENTY KEGEL EXERCISE PROGRAMS, TRADITIONAL AND REVERSE

Most apps only teach you to squeeze. Kegels covers both halves: traditional holds that build strength, and reverse kegels that practise letting go - often the missing half for a floor that holds tension.

Programs are grouped by what they are for, not just how hard they are:
- After birth, for rebuilding gently at whatever pace the weeks allow
- During pregnancy, kept well within comfort
- Intimacy, for control, endurance and full release
- Winding down, slow releases for the end of a long day
- All purpose, the core ladder from Beginner to Advanced

Or build your own routine, with your own hold, rest and rep counts.

A TIMER YOU CAN FOLLOW

The screen fills with one thing at a time, so you are never counting in your head. Contract phases are plum, rest phases go sage, and you learn the rhythm in a session or two. Sound, vibration, both or neither. Pause whenever you need to.

PROGRESS, KINDLY DONE

Completed days, current and best streaks, and a month at a glance. Stop early and the session saves as partial rather than vanishing, because a record is only useful if it is honest. Tap any day to see exactly what you did. There are 23 achievements, and none of them shame you for a gap.

QUIET REMINDERS

One notification a day, at a time that is usually yours, on the days you choose. Three tones, none of them pushy. No streak-shaming, ever.

YOURS ALONE

No account. No sign-up. No cloud. Your sessions live in the app on your phone and nowhere else, and deleting the app deletes them. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.

FREE FOREVER, NOT FREE FOR NOW

The timer, your full history, streaks, all 23 achievements, daily reminders and two programs are free permanently. No ads, no time limit, no countdown.

Kegels Pro adds the other 18 programs, custom routines and Apple Health, where finished sessions are saved as workouts alongside your runs and walks.

Kegels offers general wellness guidance, not medical advice. If you're postpartum, in pain, or have pelvic concerns, please check in with a qualified health professional.
