MAKE A PROMISE IN TWO MINUTES
Pick what you want to keep your word on, write the exact action ("Read for 20 minutes"), attach it to a moment like "After dinner", and choose a small version for hard days. Then sign it, like a contract with yourself.

HOLD TO KEEP YOUR WORD
Press and hold the sun button. The underline draws itself, light rises behind your words, and today is kept. One gentle tap of haptics, nothing more.

HARD DAYS STILL COUNT
Not today? Open "Hard day". Do the small version (five minutes, with a breathing ring and a countdown) and it still counts as keeping your word. Or take a rest day. A day off breaks nothing, and you never fall back to zero.

THE MORNING AFTER A MISSED DAY
Miss a day and Kept does not scold you. It asks what got in the way (too tired, no time, forgot, too big) and suggests one real change: shrink the promise, move your reminder, add a second one, or open tomorrow on the small version. Its one rule: don't miss two days in a row.

YOUR PROMISE BOOK
A 30-day grid of suns shows every day you kept your word, every small version, every rest, and every time you came back. Milestones at 3, 7, 14 and 30 times arrive as cards you can share. Write a letter to your future self and it stays sealed until the day you choose.

REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY
Gentle reminders at the moment you chose, with "Done" and "Small version" right on the notification. After a missed day, the next reminder says the words you wrote for exactly that moment.
