Kepta: Kitchen Inventory

Kepta keeps track of the food in your kitchen and the money it represents.

Add groceries in seconds with the quick add grid, or type a name and let Kepta fill in the rest. Everything lands in your fridge, freezer, or pantry with a shelf life already counting down.

Colors tell you what to use next. Freshness is relative to each food, so fresh ground beef shows green even though it only lasts days, and old lettuce shows red. Meat and leftovers that need attention get a clear cook soon flag.

WHAT KEPTA DOES

- Tracks your fridge, freezer, and pantry in one place
- Warns you before food goes bad with reminders naming real items
- Ranks recipes by what you have, boosting what expires soonest
- Logs leftovers, even half eaten restaurant portions
- Moves groceries from your shopping list into your kitchen
- Shares one kitchen with your whole family, free, using a six character invite code
- Shows money wasted and saved, from the prices on your items
- One tap undo when you make a mistake

HONEST MONEY

Type a price once and that's what counts. Skip it, and Kepta uses a plain typical price for that kind of food, which you can change any time. No AI ever guesses a price. Home cooked meals are counted as dishes, never turned into made up dollars. When you toss half of something, you lose half its cost.

KEPTA PLUS

Everything above is free, with no item limits, and it stays free. Kepta Plus is an optional upgrade that adds deeper Insights:

- This Month and This Year views, showing the change from last time
- Your most tossed foods
- Tips for next time, based on what you actually toss
- A six month chart of money saved and wasted

Plans (US prices; prices in other countries vary, and the app shows your price before you buy):

- Monthly: $2.99 a month
- Yearly: $19.99 a year, starting with a 1 week free trial for new subscribers
- Lifetime (Founding Member): $29.99 one time, never renews

Plus belongs to the Kepta account that buys it and follows it to every device you sign in to.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If you start the free trial and don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the yearly plan begins at $19.99 a year. Manage or cancel any time on your iPhone in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your Kepta account does not cancel a subscription.

WHY KEPTA

The name comes from kept. A well kept kitchen. Food you keep instead of toss. Money you keep instead of waste. Recipes worth keeping. Kepta is also the Lithuanian word for baked, which felt right for an app that lives in the kitchen.

A NOTE ON DATES

Shelf life colors are quality guidance to help you plan, not safety advice. When in doubt, trust your senses.

Your data belongs to you. No ads, no tracking, and you can delete your account and all of your kitchen data from inside the app at any time.
