Reliable Automotive LLC, the sole distributor for KIA in Oman. The App provides information about
latest models as well as various service offerings, including on-going offers and provides customers a
convenient two way communication platform.

New product information: The customers will be able to see different products available and their
key features. 
KIA Network:  This will provide the information about the KIA branches along with the available in
the contact information of SOS, In-charge, email Ids etc.  This will help the customers to locate and
contact KIA Service, Parts & Showrooms. On enabling the GPRS, the App will also help and navigate
the customers to reach to their preferred branch. 
Appointment Request: The customers can place a request for appointment for the service of their
KIA vehicle at any of KIA branches at their preferred date and time slot and receive a confirmation.
Service Products: Details of key service products available at KIA Service like Express Service,
Maintenance reminders, Scratch free etc. are listed here. 
KIA Enayah- is a uniquely rewarding service loyalty program specially designed for KIA vehicle
owners in Oman
Kia Benefit Service Package – Customised Prepaid Service packages offered to customers for taking
care of vehicle preventive maintenance requirements for several years.
KIA Tamin is a unique product developed in partnership with Al Ahlia Insurance Company to provide
a comprehensive insurance coverage on KIA vehicles with highly rewarding features like KIA dealer
repairs, without any depreciation at a competitive premium.
Other Features:
The App will provide some useful information for customers that will help them while using their
vehicle regularly.
Warning Symbols: Provide the information about warning symbols available in instrument cluster of
a KIA vehicle. It also guides the customers to refer and take appropriate actions in case the symbol
glows while driving.
In addition Current Offers, Useful Tips, Car Locator feature which help the customers to locate their
vehicle or a specific spot of interest.
