Kidsday for Staff

Kidsday for Staff is the everyday app for nursery and kindergarten teachers: attendance, daily reports, planning and messages with parents, all in one place.

GET STARTED IN MINUTES
Create your account, set up your nursery and your first class, and invite parents — or join your centre's existing workspace. Everything is ready to use straight away.

ATTENDANCE
See every class at a glance. Check children in and out, record absences and know who is here and who is still expected — without leaving the screen you're on.

DAILY REPORTS
Log naps, meals, mood, toilet, drinks, outdoor time and health with a single tap, for one child or the whole class. Parents follow their child's day as it happens instead of waiting until pick-up.

PLANNING THE DAY
Plan activities, meals, events, appointments and announcements on one shared timeline. Describe what you have in mind and AI drafts the plan, ready for you to adjust.

OBSERVATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT
Record developmental milestones as you observe them. AI turns your notes into clear progress updates and monthly development reports for parents, with suggested next steps.

CHILD PROFILES
Photos, documents, allergies, reports and observations together on one profile, so everything about a child is always in one place.

MESSAGING
Chat with parents and colleagues one-to-one or in groups, with photos, files and voice notes. AI can polish your grammar or rephrase a message before you send it.

ONE APP FOR EVERY ROLE
Switch between classes, centres and roles without signing out. Available in 24 languages.

Kidsday for Staff is for teachers and centre staff. Parents use the separate Kidsday app to follow their child's day.
