Take a movement break between meetings, during a screen break or at home. Follow illustrated instructions, with a countdown for timed holds or a target number for counted movements. You confirm completion yourself, and every confirmation can be undone. Kinetwist does not measure repetitions or check your form.

Choose when a break fits, how much time you have and a companion. Start with a recommended plan or explore other movement packs. An optional comfort preference helps put familiar movements first. Packs describe everyday contexts, not medical treatments or promised outcomes.

Review your plan in Rituals and adjust movements and targets to suit your day. Your plans and activity history stay on your device.

TAKE A POCKET ADVENTURE

Journey brings your saved activity into an illustrated story along the Lantern Line. Visit Lantern Station, The Tea Stop and Starlight Lookout as you save movement, breathing and meditation moments. Progress reflects actions you explicitly confirm or save, not measured physical repetitions.

BREATHE AND PAUSE

Follow visual breathing cues, choose a box-breathing pace or the cardiac coherence preset, or take a quiet, silent meditation break with a timer.

WORKS OFFLINE, NO ACCOUNT

Core movement activities, timers, breathing, meditation and local history work without an internet connection. No account or cube hardware is required. This iOS version does not offer cube pairing or remote AI plan adjustments. An internet connection is needed for store purchases and restoring purchases.

KINETWIST PRO

An optional one-time purchase, with no subscription. Pro lets you save up to 20 plans in a local library and assign saved plans to days of the week. Core movement, confirmation, undo, timers, breathing, meditation and safety guidance remain available without Pro. Find the price and Restore purchase in the Pro screen through Settings.
