Kiptly: Gym Workout Tracker

Kiptly is a gym workout tracker for people who lift — a strength training log that stays out of your way between sets.

Your current exercise, set count and rest countdown stay on the Lock Screen, so you start the next set without unlocking the phone.

BUILD A WORKOUT
Pick the muscles and Kiptly builds the workout from your recent training. Three plans are free, then PRO.

LOGGING IN TWO TAPS
The set you just did shows as a hint in the next one. Add an exercise and last time's sets and weights are filled in; start a template as saved, or with its weights recalculated from your recent sessions. The rest timer starts itself. Workouts log fully offline and sync when you have signal again — a basement gym is no longer a problem.

YOUR WORKOUT ON THE LOCK SCREEN
Current exercise, set count and rest countdown live on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Complete a set without opening the app.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Personal records for every exercise: heaviest set, most reps, best estimated 1RM, biggest set and session volume. Each exercise has charts of your best weight and volume across your last ten sessions with it. Twenty-six milestones unlock as you train.

STEPS AND SLEEP
Once you tap Connect and agree, a card on Home shows your daily steps and sleep from Apple Health for the last 7 days. Kiptly only reads, never writes.

TRAIN WITH A COACH
Your trainer sees your consistency, sends you an intake form, and can log a session on your behalf, so nothing is lost when you train together. Connect by scanning a QR code — no email to dictate.

TRAIN WITH FRIENDS
Follow people and their workouts appear in your feed, ready for a like or a comment. Your profile is public by default and can be made private; users, workouts, comments and messages can be reported, and blocking is mutual.

CYCLE-AWARE TRAINING (OPTIONAL)
Menstrual cycle tracking with phase-based intensity guidance. Entirely optional: nothing is recorded until you grant a separate explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time, and you can hide the feature whenever you like. Cycle data is stored on EU servers and is never used for advertising.

FOR TRAINERS
A client roster with compliance at a glance, intake forms, QR onboarding, and logging a workout on a client's behalf. Write and assign your own programs for free, from the workout library and up to three workouts of your own; PRO removes the limit. A free trainer account covers up to ten active clients.

SUBSCRIPTION
Kiptly is free to use. A PRO subscription (monthly or annual) unlocks multi-week training programs with auto-progression; advanced analytics, including volume by muscle group and body measurements; smart training suggestions — what to train today, exercise alternatives, next-session progression and deload checks; a shareable workout card; unlimited custom templates; unlimited plans from the workout builder; personal-record history beyond the last 90 days; and, for trainers, the ready-made programs. You can try PRO free for 30 days without a card — nothing is charged when the trial ends.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A PRO subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the charge is taken within those 24 hours. Manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings.
