By downloading this app, you agree that your use of this web-based software and related services ("Kittrell Paycard Software") that facilitate online banking via your phone or other eligible mobile device is limited to the transactions provided for on the Kittrell Paycard Cardholer website. You further agree that your use of this Kittrell Paycard Software is subject to the Online Banking terms and conditions that you agreed to at enrollment as well as the additional terms described below. Not all of our Online Banking website services will be available on the Kittrell Paycard Software. For example, you will not be able to make payments to our affiliated companies from deposit account(s) using The Kittrell Paycard Software. In addition, the Kittrell Paycard Software might be inoperative from time to time for a variety of reasons including routine maintenance, system changes, and system failures. When this happens, our Cardholder website and related services might be unavailable. We will not be liable to you for any service interruptions or other unavailability of our Cardholder services. You agree that you will only use the Kittrell Paycard Software on a mobile device owned by you. You agree to keep your mobile device and sign in information secure. If you have lost your mobile device or believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your Kittrell Paycard Online Banking account via your mobile device or otherwise, you agree to advise us as provided for in our Online Banking terms and conditions. Kittrell Paycard or its licensors may provide or make available through Kittrell Paycard and/or its agents its Kittrell Paycard Software. Kittrell Paycard and its agents reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to Kittrell Paycard Software at any time without notice. In no event will Kittrell Paycard or its agents be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such Kittrell Paycard Software. Kittrell Paycard may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain services related to Kittrell Paycard Software, in any case and without notice or liability, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF KITTRELL PAYCARD SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. KITTRELL PAYCARD SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND RELATED WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS.
