A phone call should not make you start a recording over.

KnowGrove is a local voice recorder built for long sessions. It safely writes audio in continuous segments, protects everything already recorded when a call or system audio interruption occurs, and resumes the same session when iOS returns microphone access.

• The developer cannot upload or access your recordings

Direct background recording from a Shortcut requires Live Activities to be enabled in Settings. Resume timing depends on when iOS returns microphone access after an interruption.
