KOMPASS - Themes, not goals.

Traditional goal-setting is broken.
SMART goals, resolutions, and endless task lists often create anxiety, guilt, or disconnection the moment you fall off track. Instead of helping, they fragment your attention and pull you away from what actually matters.

KOMPASS offers a different way.
Instead of rigid goals, you define a yearly theme—a personal compass that guides your actions, decisions, and mindset. Grounded in behavioral psychology and neuroscience, KOMPASS helps you build habits and direction that stay aligned over time, creating progress without pressure.

How KOMPASS works

1. Weekly Inspiration
Receive thoughtful quotes aligned with your theme and your recent progress—gentle reminders of direction, not demands.

2. Daily Reflection System
- Morning: A simple prompt helps you plan your day in alignment with your theme.
- Evening: You check in. How aligned were you today? What moment reflected your theme most?
This reflection builds awareness without judgment. The compass doesn’t judge—it simply points.

3. Progress Without Pressure
Visual progress tracking celebrates consistency, not perfection. Streaks and tokens honor the days you lived in alignment with your theme. This is emotional gamification—designed to support presence and direction, not checklists.
