Við einföldum fagmönnum utanumhald verkefna, tímaskráningar og rafræna útgáfu reikninga um leið og verki er lokið.

Þegar verkefni eru stofnuð, sækjum við sjálfvirkt gögn um verkstaðinn úr fasteignaskrá HMS, s.s. byggingarár, stærð eignar, þinglýsta eigendur o.fl.

Notendur hafa val um að virkja sjálfvirka tímaskráningu. Þegar notandi nálgast verkstað fer tímaskráning af stað og stöðvast um leið og notandinn yfirgefur verkstað.

Vinnuskýrslur er auðvelt að senda úr appinu, t.d. á verkkaupa í formi PDF eða til bókara sem Excel skjal.

Við sækjum einnig teikningar úr gagnagrunnum sveitarfélaga og tengjum þær sjálfvirkt við verkefni út frá heimilisfangi.
