Kronly

Kronly is a GPS timesheet for construction crews. Workers clock in with one tap, geofencing confirms they're on site, and managers see verified attendance in real time. Export timesheets as PDF or CSV whenever you need them. Works offline, syncs automatically.

WHY KRONLY

Replace paper timesheets and scattered messages with one app built for the job site. Every clock-in is geofence-verified at the site boundary, every photo is tied to a project, every approval is logged. Your records stay organized and easy to share.

FOR SITE MANAGERS

Real-time dashboard: active workers, hours logged, pending approvals at a glance. Manage your team via QR or invite codes. Review and approve timesheets that are geofence-verified on-device at clock-in. Approve or reject material requests with reasoning. Generate reports by day, week, month, or custom range — export to PDF and CSV for payroll and recordkeeping. Multi-site supported.

FOR WORKERS

Clock in/out with one tap — geofence confirms you're on site. View and update your tasks. Document progress with photos linked to your project. Submit material requests with urgency and photos. Track your monthly hours, days worked, and pending requests.

KEY FEATURES

GPS-Verified Time Tracking. On-device geofencing confirms workers are inside the job-site radius when clocking in or out — only the in/out result is recorded, never the worker's location.

Detailed Reports. Export timesheets and approval logs as PDF or CSV for payroll, accounting, or recordkeeping.

Offline-First Design. All features work without internet. Data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored — remote sites are no problem.

Real-Time Approvals. Managers get instant notifications for timesheets and material requests. Approve individually or in batch.

Photo Documentation. Site photos linked to specific projects — proof of progress, proof of work.

Material Requests. Workers submit with quantity, urgency, and photos. Managers approve or reject with full visibility.

Task Management. Create, assign, and track work tasks from Pending through Completion.

Team Management. Invite workers via shareable codes or QR, manage roles, monitor individual performance.

Multi-Language Support. Available in English and Romanian.

Dark Mode + High Contrast. Designed for outdoor daylight, indoor low-light, and everything in between.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Secure email and OAuth authentication. Location data is used only for job-site verification. Data is encrypted in transit and securely synced. Account deletion is available in-app at any time.

Kronly is built for construction companies that want clear, verifiable, mobile-first time tracking and site coordination — across every crew, every site, every shift.
