● Condition Check
Record how you are doing at the start and the end of each day, and see the totals and trends for motivation, workload, stress, exercise and happiness on easy-to-read graphs. More than 3,000 people already use Condition Check as part of their daily self-care.

Condition Check also works with the Fitbit wearable device, so step count, heart rate and sleep score can be managed in the same place. *A separate Fitbit account and registration are required.


● Wellbeing Type diagnosis, so you can see your own level of happiness
A diagnosis that suggests activities for raising your wellbeing based on your own values - such as the "Stylish" type who keeps refining themselves, or the "Stress-free" type who needs time of their own. Beyond sorting values into types, it identifies the specific elements that lift your wellbeing, including moderate exercise, meeting people and contributing to society.

Knowing your Wellbeing Type (your values and preferences) gives you hints for a richer life at work and outside it, and can be used as a starting point for better communication with the people around you.

● A rich library of self-care content
Over 200 videos and articles, including mindfulness sessions guided by physicians and walking videos by a former Olympian. The app lets you practise self-care easily, wherever you are.


● "Hotto Hitoiki Dial", a place to talk things through
A telephone counselling desk where you can talk to a third party about the things that are hard to raise with family or colleagues. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


● Answering surveys
Answer the two survey types included in LAFOOL Survey - Deep Survey and Short Survey - directly from the app.


● "Kansha no Kimochi", a tool for stronger engagement
A feature for sending thanks and praise between colleagues. Even when saying it in person or writing a message feels awkward, thank-you stamps make everyday appreciation easy to send. Used across a team, it builds trust and the will to contribute, which in turn lifts engagement.


● "Lafu Coin" employee benefits
A benefits service that raises employee satisfaction. Coins accumulate as you log your condition or answer surveys on your LAFOOL Survey My Page, and they can be sent together with thank-you stamps and messages in "Kansha no Kimochi".

The strength of Lafu Coin comes from CompanyMile, the mileage-style benefits tool provided by JV-IT Holdings: coins can be exchanged for the gift you want right away. Around 400 items from about 70 brands are available, including the four major convenience store chains, online shopping and stores near your home, making it a benefit that stays convenient even when working remotely.
