Last Cent: zero your balance

Last Cent helps you spend a small leftover App Store balance down to zero.

Apple requires a zero balance before you can change your account region. But a leftover like 7 cents matches the price of nothing, and working out a combination by hand is close to impossible.

Last Cent does the arithmetic for you: it finds the exact set of purchases that adds up to your balance with nothing left over, and walks you through them one at a time.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick your App Store region and enter the balance. The app never connects to your Apple Account and never sees your balance — you type the amount yourself.
• Get the plan. If the leftover is too small even for the cheapest purchase, the app tells you how much to add.
• Make the purchases one by one, then check your actual balance. If anything is left, Last Cent recalculates.

YOUR DISTRICT
Purchases earn bricks. On a separate tab you spend them building a district: trees, houses, cafés, towers, monuments. Place and remove buildings whenever you like — removing one gives the brick back.

WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO
It does not sign in to your Apple Account, does not read your real balance, and does not change your region for you — you do that yourself in Settings.
