Lavvo

Lavvo is the home of boutique yoga and sound healing in Smeaton Grange, Sydney, built for the members who show up week after week. Reserve your mat, build your practice, and stay close to the rhythm of your week. Lavvo is where intention meets consistency.

BUILT FOR YOUR PRACTICE

This isn't a generic fitness app. Lavvo is built specifically for our studio community, the people who value depth over volume, and showing up over signing up. Book your class in seconds, track your streak, and never miss your favourite slot. Whether you're flowing through a Vinyasa or melting into Sound healing, your practice lives here.

YOUR CLASSES, YOUR WAY

Return Flow : A grounding Vinyasa practice that brings you back to yourself. Steady, intentional, and built for consistency.

Ignite Flow: Power Vinyasa for when you're ready to move with energy and purpose. Strong, fluid, and deeply satisfying.

Grounded Flow: Hatha at its best. Slower, more deliberate, and rooted in the fundamentals of good practice.

Melt: Yin Yoga for the moments you need to soften. Long holds, deep release, and genuine rest.

Drift: Yin Yoga paired with live sound healing. A full sensory experience that slows everything down and brings you home to yourself.

LED BY JADE HALL

Every class at Lavvo is led with care, expertise, and genuine intention. Jade brings years of experience to every session, creating a space that feels both challenging and deeply safe.

THIS IS FOR THE ONES WHO KEEP SHOWING UP

Lavvo is not for everyone, and that's intentional. We work with fewer members, more deeply. We don't chase trends, overcrowd classes, or compromise the experience for the sake of volume. If you value a practice that's sustainable, human, and grounded in who you are, this is your studio.
