Description by Vectorfit Inc.(from the App Store)
Most fitness apps give you generic workouts. Personal trainers cost $200+/hour. We trained an AI coach on scientific fitness literature and research studies.
You get expert guidance for one cup of slightly expensive coffee.
AI COACH TRAINED ON REAL EXPERTISE
• Trained on scientific fitness literature and research studies • RAG technology searches curated fitness knowledge base (doesn't guess or hallucinate) • Remembers your goals, injuries, equipment constraints • Answers any fitness question with evidence-based guidance • Available 24/7 - no scheduling, no waiting
SMART WORKOUT TRACKING
• Create custom workout templates or let AI design them for you • Log sets, reps, weight in real-time during workouts • Rest timers with push notifications • Complete workout history and progress analysis • Drag-and-drop exercise reordering
WHY THIS WORKS
The AI uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). It searches a knowledge base of fitness research and scientific literature, not generic databases. You get accurate, safe answers backed by science, not bro-science.
Chat naturally. Ask "How do I build bigger arms?" or "What exercises are safe with a knee injury?" Get personalized answers based on your equipment, experience level, and limitations.
WHO THIS IS FOR
• Beginners wanting structured programs without injuries • Experienced lifters optimizing their training • Home gym users needing equipment-specific programming • Anyone frustrated with cookie-cutter workout apps • People who want expert guidance without the personal trainer price tag
WHAT YOU GET
Download LayR. Chat with your AI coach. Get your personalized program. Track your workouts. Build muscle, lose fat, get stronger - with expert guidance every step.
Priced at a cup of coffee for unlimited AI coaching, custom workout programs, and complete tracking.
Your first conversation starts now.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
LayR provides fitness guidance, not medical advice. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. The AI coach is trained on expert fitness content but cannot replace professional medical consultation for injuries or health conditions.
