Talk or type, anytime, in the language you feel most comfortable using.
You don’t need a court case, a police report, or a story that sounds “serious enough” to use Lea. If something feels uncomfortable, controlling, frightening, unsafe, or wrong, you can start there.
Many survivors only understand or name what happened much later. Lea can help you recognize patterns of abuse, coercion, harassment, and control, so you can better understand what may be happening and what you may want to do next.
With Lea, you can:
• Turn your records into evidence an attorney or therapist can actually use. Bring together screenshots, messages, documents, voice notes, dates, and your own account of what happened, then organize them into a clearer timeline and structured record for professional support.
• Understand your rights and options in plain language, without unnecessary legal jargon or judgment.
• Keep important records together privately in a PIN-protected vault with Face ID support.
• Build an organized record of what happened in your own words, including incidents, dates, patterns, and supporting evidence, so you don’t have to reconstruct everything from memory when you meet with an attorney or therapist.
• Learn at your own pace through short audio lessons and longer episodes covering topics survivors commonly face, from sexual harassment and property issues to legal processes and Courtroom 101.
• Find trauma-informed specialists and local support that may fit what you need.
• Rebuild what comes next with Coach Lea, including your résumé, financial plan, goals, reflections, and practical steps toward greater independence.
• Connect and be heard in a community designed with gentle safeguards around difficult or sensitive content.
• Use Lea more discreetly when privacy matters. Quick Exit helps you leave the app quickly, Disguise Mode can make Lea look like something else on your screen, and billing can be disguised so the name of the service does not have to appear obviously on shared financial records. Lea also supports a discreet cover screen, PIN protection, and Face ID.
Lea helps turn what you have lived through into something organized, understandable, and usable.
Use Lea before meeting an attorney or therapist to organize what happened, preserve important records, prepare better questions, and turn scattered information into evidence and context they can work with. Use it between meetings so everything stays in one place, or while you are still deciding what you want to do next.
Lea is not a lawyer, therapist, or legal service, and it does not replace professional legal or mental health advice.
You decide what to share, what to save, and what happens next. Lea moves at your pace.
