Lea uses AI-powered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you learn to identify and then work through a wide range of emotions and problems - like stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues, procrastination, loneliness, grief, anxiety, depression, and many other mental health challenges - using a full suite of tools, exercises, programs, and Lea’s personalized chat.

If you need additional help, you can also take guidance from a qualified professional therapist directly within the app. The therapists employ behavioral methods to assist you in recognizing, drafting, and achieving goals that are consistent with your true needs and values.

We offer 1 auto-renewing subscription plan for access to a coach and/or tools:

This price is for US customers, and may vary in other countries. Actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and you will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
