Lead TB

Do you monitor and mentor the Philippines National Tuberculosis (TB) Control Program? If so, this app is for you!

Use this app if you have a guiding role with the Department of Health, a partner organization, a Local Government Unit, or a private provider network. This app is designed to make reviews (on-site or remote) efficient and effective.

With this app, you can:

Retrieve electronic versions of standard monitoring tools, program review questionnaires, and other TB survey tools
Complete forms digitally off-line (no internet connection needed) and submit to central server for filing and storage
View the latest accomplishments as reported in the Integrated TB Information System (ITIS)
Measure progress against previous recommendations
Send assessment reports immediately with your findings and recommendations

If you supervise assessors (requires ITIS log-in with supervisor role), you may also use the web app at www.leadtb.doh.gov.ph to design custom forms, download results, and follow plans and progress through the online dashboard.

To use this app, you need an Integrated TB Information System (ITIS) account. These accounts are granted to those working with the National TB Program. If you would like to request an account, please register at: itis.doh.gov.ph/register.
