Leaflet: To-Do List & Notes

Leaflet keeps your tasks, notes and wish lists in one calm app. No account, no ads: your data lives on your devices and in your own iCloud.

WRITE THE WAY YOU THINK
Type “Call the dentist tomorrow at 10 #Health urgent” and the date, time, project, label and priority are picked up on their own. Repeats are plain words too: “every monday”, “every 3 days”.

YOUR DAY, UNDER CONTROL
• Today: overdue tasks on top, and a single tap moves them all.
• Upcoming: the week ahead, drag tasks between days.
• Plan: an hour-by-hour day next to your calendar events, with auto-scheduling within working hours.
• Reminders with buttons right in the notification: Done, In 10 minutes, In an hour, Tomorrow.
• A morning digest, an evening wrap-up and quiet hours.

ON YOUR WRIST
Today on Apple Watch: check off a task from your wrist and it closes on your iPhone. Reminders reach your watch with the same buttons.

MORE THAN A TO-DO LIST
• Notes linked to tasks.
• Lists: checklists and shopping lists — tick items off with a tap and see your progress at a glance.
• Wish lists with prices, priorities and an event date. Paste a product link and the title and price fill in themselves. Share a list with a link: guests mark what they're giving, so nothing doubles up — and the surprise stays a surprise. Guests don't need the app — the list opens in their browser. Wishes that are just for you get a “buy before” date and a reminder.
• Hand a task over to someone with a link in any messenger — and see when they take it and when it's done.
• Projects, sections, subtasks, labels, filters and a board view.

SMALL WINS
Daily and weekly goals, a streak, karma and awards with levels, from your first task to a thousand — for what you get done, not for opening the app. Habits get their own stats: streaks, success rate and a day-by-day calendar. Vacation and weekends don't break a streak. Finish everything for the day and a tree grows — your streak turns into a garden.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Tasks, notes, wish lists and photos sync across your iPhone and iPad with the same Apple ID through your own iCloud — free, no sign-up. Only what you share with a link — a handed-over task or a wish list — reaches our server. The developer never sees anything else. You can also save a copy of everything to a file.

ALSO
Home Screen widgets, Siri and Shortcuts (“Add a task to Leaflet”), a Share extension, dark mode, iPad and Apple Watch. Ten languages: English, Russian, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Chinese and Korean.

Everything in the app is free. If it helps you, you can support it with an optional tip.
