More than 40% of our behaviour is semi-automatic and founded on physical, intellectual and emotional habits that were forged early in our development. Changing behaviours is extremely difficult (much harder than acquiring new behaviour) "Learning From Emotions" is your companion, available immediately and at any moment, it encourages you to record your emotions/reactions whilst you are still conscious of them so that you can later reflect upon them when it is most convenient for you.

Subscriptions within the application give access to all the features of the current application and its future developments during the subscription period, on the devices which are connected to your iCloud account.
Subscriptions also allow you to access the web version of the application from a computer, tablet or smartphone, using your username and password.
Several subscription plans are available:
1 month- 7.99 euros without commitment, automatically renewed You have 7 days to test the application for free. If you uninstall the application during this 7-day trial period, the subscription is not charged.
3 month- 21.99 euros without commitment, automatically renewed You have 7 days to test the application for free. If you uninstall the application during this 7-day trial period, the subscription is not charged.
1 year- 84.99 euros without commitment, automatically renewed You have 7 days to test the application for free. If you uninstall the application during this 7-day trial period, the subscription is not charged.
Your subscription is automatically charged to your iTunes account once your purchase is confirmed. It is automatically renewed unless you deactivate this option at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your subscription and its renewal can be managed from the "Settings" section of your device.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
