Description by Lightwave Labs Limited Liability Company(from the App Store)
How fast can you actually run? Leg It! gives you a real answer. GPS-powered sprint tracking measures your exact speed in real time — then gives you everything you need to go faster. Here's what's inside:
• Sprint from your wrist — the Leg It! Apple Watch app tracks your real GPS speed completely phone-free. Run a free sprint, take on a circuit, compete in a tournament, accept a duel, or join a relay — all from your watch, without ever touching your phone.
• Know your speed — sprint tracking captures your exact pace in real time. No guessing, no estimates. Just your actual numbers, every run.
• Run circuits — structured multi-sprint sessions with built-in rest timers. Track peak speed, average pace, and fade — then compare every session to your last so you can see yourself getting faster. Available on both iPhone and Apple Watch.
• Get coached after every run — your AI coach analyzes each sprint and delivers personalized feedback on what's working and what to fix. Like having a coach in your pocket, every single run.
• See your health impact — every sprint shows up on an anatomical body map tracking gains across cardio fitness, bone strength, fat burning, mental clarity, and muscle power. Watch your Health Score climb as training adds up.
• Compete every week — weekly tournaments, 1v1 duels, relay races, school leaderboards, and a 33-animal speed challenge give you something to run for every single day. Challenge friends to duels and join relay teams directly from your Apple Watch.
• Earn your tier — your PR speed earns you a tier from Rookie to Legend. Sprint consistently to master each level and unlock bonus XP rewards.
• Earn bolts, unlock rewards — every sprint earns bolts you can spend in the Bolt Store. Customize your experience with animated speed trail skins, profile frames, badges, and full app themes. Collect rare Animal Card Packs — each pack contains 3 serialized collectible cards across Silver, Gold, Legendary, and Black rarity tiers. Pro subscribers earn 1.5x bolts on every sprint and receive a free Mystery Pack every Monday.
• Invite friends, earn together — share your personal referral link and you both earn 250 bolts when your friend completes their first sprint. Find it on your profile under Invite Friends.
• Train with a program — six science-backed training programs take you from beginner acceleration to max velocity, with a day-by-day plan to follow, track, and complete.
• Coach your athletes — stop chasing athletes for updates. Leg It! gives speed coaches a full platform to see every athlete's sprint data as it happens, track detailed progress analytics across your roster, schedule sessions, and assign both training programs and individual drills — all from one dashboard. Share one invite link and your team is in. No spreadsheets. No group chats. No guesswork.
