This application delivers near real-time feedback to building owners, property managers, engineers, and other authorized users regarding the elevators and escalators they oversee, as part of the Lerch Bates Solutions™ Maintenance Management Program.



Elevator and escalator Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics are displayed at the portfolio, property, and unit levels, providing multi-tiered reporting that dynamically compares actual performance against contractually required standards.


The Lerch Bates Building Insight app provides detailed performance metrics for your vertical transportation assets, including:
