Explore nine illustrated practices with clear instructions: Basic, Calm, Box, Sleep, Soft lips, Soft sigh, Slow release, Exhale steps and Inhale steps. Choose rhythms with or without holds, or try gently segmented breaths.

MAKE IT YOUR MOMENT
• Follow an animated breathing circle and phase timer.
• Use optional voice cues and haptic guidance.
• Choose a session length that suits the practice.
• Pause or end a session whenever you need.
• Set an optional daily reminder.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Completed sessions, breathing time, streaks and optional reflections are saved on your device. You can delete your session history in the app.

FREE AND PLUS
Basic is free: a simple five-second inhale and five-second exhale without holds, with one-minute sessions. Less Stress Plus unlocks the other eight practices, along with 3-, 5-, 10- and 15-minute sessions for eligible practices. Shorter limits apply to segmented practices and Soft sigh.

Plus is available through weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. The app shows the available plans, subscription periods and prices before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Restore purchases from the Plus screen or You.

Breathing guidance and local history work offline. Purchases and opening external resources require a connection.

Less Stress is a general wellness app. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Keep breathing comfortable and stop a practice if you feel unwell.
