Description by Matthew Kerr(from the App Store)
WHEN SMALL REJECTIONS FEEL CATASTROPHIC A friend doesn't text back. Your boss reschedules a meeting. Someone doesn't laugh at your joke. Suddenly, you're convinced they hate you, you're getting fired, you've ruined everything. The spiral feels completely real in the moment. Hours later, you realize: it was nothing. Level Mind helps you track these spirals and build evidence that your catastrophic fears are almost always wrong. WHAT YOU CAN DO
Log rejection spirals when they happen Track what you feared vs what actually happened See patterns: "You've spiraled about texts 20 times. It was fine 19 times." Build evidence that catastrophic thinking lies to you
WHO IT HELPS People who experience intense emotional responses to perceived rejection or criticism, including those with:
Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) - Common in ADHD/Autism Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) - Catastrophic thinking patterns Social Anxiety - Fear of judgment and rejection Rumination and overthinking patterns
Different underlying causes, but the spiral feels the same: overwhelming, convincing, and almost always wrong about the outcome. HOW IT WORKS
LOG THE SPIRAL When you're panicking, quickly log:
What triggered this? What are you afraid it means? How intense does it feel?
TRACK REALITY Come back later to record what actually happened:
Was your fear right or wrong? What really occurred?
SEE THE PATTERN Over time, see proof:
"100% of the time, your fear was wrong" Common triggers that make you spiral Trends showing spirals getting better

WHY I BUILT THIS I built Level Mind because I needed it. I have GADS (Generalized Anxiety-Depression Syndrome), and I spiral constantly. After years of therapy, I realized: I needed proof that my fears were lying to me. So I built this app to track spirals and show me the pattern. I experience this through anxiety, not ADHD, but the spiral is the same. And maybe it'll help you too. Built by someone who spirals too. You're not alone in this.
