Life Metro

Keep track of tasks, make time for plans, and save the ideas that come along the way. Life Metro brings tasks, events, and notes into one library, organized by project and connected through your timeline and reviews.

See your daily plans
Browse tasks and events on the timeline, with their dates, times, and projects. Switch to the week view to see what is coming up.

Capture now, organize later
Write down an idea with quick capture, then choose its type, project, and time. Leave it in the inbox when you are not ready to organize it.

Keep each project together
Bring related tasks, events, and notes into one place. Create subprojects and link the same item to more than one project.

Save the details
Write notes and keep remarks, locations, images, and attachments with your items.

Review and plan your next steps
Choose a time range and projects, look back on your actions, record results, and turn your next steps into items you can act on.
