LifePrisma doesn't use the stages the ring reports: after you wake up, our own algorithm re-analyzes your night from your pulse and heart-rate variability and estimates how long you spent in light, deep and REM sleep. Results are wellness estimates, not a diagnosis.

SMART RINGS
Full compatibility with PrismaRing. Also works with other compatible smart rings; on those, available features depend on each model's sensors. Connecting your ring is free, no subscription needed. Extra features come with the plans.
