The Lifestyle First Rx app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Integrative Therapies Wellness Center. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As an Integrative Therapies Wellness Center patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Integrative Therapies Wellness Center provider. Communicate with Integrative Therapies Wellness Center in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. The app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your weight, steps and other parameters with the Lifestyle First Rx app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Integrative Therapies Wellness Center patients and you can't use the app unless you're an Integrative Therapies Wellness Center patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Integrative Therapies Wellness Center uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
