Liftsmith turns every session into two scores. Consistency tracks how reliably you train on the days you planned. Effort tracks whether your sessions are improving, the progressive overload that builds strength and muscle. Both explain exactly how they're calculated.
FEATURES
• Fast set logging: weight, reps or time for each set, last session's numbers alongside, and one tap to log the day.
• Proven programs: Full Body 5×5, Push / Pull / Legs, Upper / Lower, PHUL, 5/3/1 Boring But Big, a body-part split, calisthenics, hybrid strength and running, and more. Each one is fitted to your days and session length.
• A plan that fits your week: tag exercises (Chest, Push, Legs…) and give each weekday its tags. Today shows only that day's exercises.
• Progress you can see: a 12-week training-load chart, plus session score, estimated 1RM and volume trends for every exercise.
• Apple Watch: today's exercises on your wrist, with sets, weights and reps you can adjust between lifts.
• Apple Health: import runs, rides and other workouts with heart-rate zones, compare two sessions side by side, and sync your body measurements.
• Body tab: weight, body fat, waist and more, with health reviews such as BMI, waist-to-height, fat-free mass index and weight trend, each with its published formula.
• kg or lbs per exercise, for that machine labelled in pounds. Switching never changes your data.
• A catalog of 85 exercises, or add your own.
• iCloud sync across iPhone and iPad.
