lilCycles is a privacy-first wellness tracker for menstrual cycle, mood, symptoms, and strength training patterns.

Log period starts and ends, flow, spotting, pain, symptoms, mood valence and energy, mood tags, training readiness, strength sessions, personal records, injuries, and private journal notes. A quick-note field in Log keeps private context close to the day's main entry. Use the full calendar to select any day and privately record something custom that happened. lilCycles keeps app-only data local by default and supports user-initiated Apple Health writes where available.

Core logging, full-calendar browsing and custom day notes, Apple Health support, encrypted archive import/export, local data deletion, and diagnostics are free. An auto-renewing lilCycles Plus subscription is required for optional estimated calendar planning/export and local AI summaries. Before a local AI request, you review the exact provider payload sent to a user-configured Ollama or OpenAI-compatible server. HTTP is limited to loopback; other private endpoints require HTTPS, and redirects are rejected.

lilCycles is a wellness logging and planning tool. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, contraception, fertility certification, emergency support, legal advice, clinical decision support, or safety-critical guidance.

Before local health and wellness information can be processed, the app requires separate adult confirmation and affirmative sensitive-data consent, links to the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, records the accepted notice version locally, and provides an in-app withdrawal-and-deletion control.
