lilypad

Every solar project has a lot of moving parts. Lilypad brings them together.

Built for organizations using Powerlily, Lilypad helps solar sales teams, operations staff, installers, canvassers, and customers stay connected from first knock through installation and ongoing system care.

Project management that travels

Find projects quickly in a list, map, or workflow board. Review customer details, proposals, pricing, incentives, documents, tasks, appointments, comments, and project activity wherever the day takes you.

Field tools made for solar

Keep crew schedules and deadlines close at hand, open directions, upload site files and drone captures, complete safety forms, collect signatures, and browse equipment details from the job site.

Canvassing with context

Work assigned territories on an interactive map, record knock outcomes and lead details even when connectivity is unreliable, plan follow-ups, and track results.

A clearer customer experience

Customers receive a focused portal where they can follow project progress, view proposals and installed systems, check energy production, and message their solar team.

One connected workspace

Stay aligned with messaging, notifications, support conversations, and Pericles, the in-app assistant.

Role-based access and company-specific branding give each person an experience suited to their work.

A Powerlily account from a participating organization is required. Features may vary by role and company configuration.
