ListenMD Doctor allows doctors and their office staff to communicate with each other and to get alerts from patients. They can text message and share documents their patients in a HIPAA compliant manner.
They can call the patients on phone or do a video call and then take notes on the encounter to copy into the medical record. They can bill Medicare for these services.
The doctor can contact members of the patient’s health care team at other doctor's offices to share photos, PDF's and video with them.
