Lite-Survey连接Lite RTK或北斗探针(蓝牙版)后，使用手机的网络进行差分处理，可得到厘米级的高精度定位数据。
Lite-Survey可以将WGS84的经纬度坐标转换为如北京54、国家2000的平面坐标，支持标准投影、三参数、四参数、七参数、高程拟合转换，也可使用点平移功能，与工程中的X、Y、Z坐标一一对应。
Lite-Survey可以采集数据，通过设定平滑次数平滑时间，可以采集点的标准经纬度坐标和大地坐标，并保存到手机本地。也可以按设定的时间和设定的距离自动采集数据。
Lite-Survey可以导入导出数据。将保存的数据导出为表格数据和文本数据，可以方便用户对数据进行分析使用。按导出格式可分享给其它伙伴进行导入。支持导出为CASS的DAT格式，还有XLXS、CSV等。
Lite-Survey可以进行点放样、线放样，精准罗盘进行方向引导，可以快速达到放样点，放样完成的点，也会在图中做标记，并把放样数据记录。
Lite-Survey能自动记录轨迹，并保存，支持导出为KML、GPX格式轨迹文件。
相比传统显示在空图里，Lite-Survey能在导航地图中显示定位点，位置表示更加
Lite-Survey支持基本的测距、测面积功能。
Lite-Survey可以直接打开CAD的DWG图纸。并和手机CAD一样，进行绘图，放点，放线，显示，标记，多样化的交互，可以带了更全新的体验。
Lite-Survey支持使用交点法和线元法录入曲线要素。在定位时可实时显示里程偏距。
