Livekick - Live Virtual Yoga

Livekick is a live virtual studio for yoga, meditation, and mindful movement. You practice in real time with teachers you would otherwise have to travel to a retreat to find, in a virtual room of people doing the same thing at the same moment.

What you can practice

Yoga. Vinyasa, slow flow, yin, and power, taught for every level. New to it or twenty years in, there is a class and a teacher for where you actually are today.

Kundalini. Breath, movement, mantra, and kriya. Structured sequences that work on the nervous system as much as the body.

Meditation. Short sits and longer guided practices, with no experience assumed. Our teachers build the habit first and let the depth follow.

Somatic movement. Slow, internally led practice where you follow sensation instead of a shape. A good place to start if a traditional class feels like too much.

TRE. Tension and trauma releasing exercises, guided by trained facilitators. A gentle sequence that invites the body's own tremor response and lets held tension move.

Ecstatic dance. Free-form movement to a live DJ set. No choreography, no mirrors, no one watching.

Live virtual classes

Save your spot, get a reminder, and join from the app. Classes run in real time with the teacher present, powered by Zoom. Your spot includes a replay.

On-demand library

Thousands of on-demand classes, searchable by teacher, style, and length. Take one at 6am or 11pm, in ten minutes or ninety.

Workshops and special events

Longer workshops and virtual festivals throughout the year, with the teachers and community leaders people usually have to book months ahead to sit with.

One membership covers the on-demand library and member pricing on live virtual classes. Class packs are there if you would rather buy in blocks.
